Terms of Trade grains.


The commercial relations between SDM LTD (Hereinafter referred to as "the company") and customers are governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing, the insertion of an on-line order implies full acceptance the following conditions.


The SDM LTD is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on this website, including delayed and / or non-delivery of the product or the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the website or for any other circumstances not directly attributable to the company.

3-Technical Information

The technical information included in this website is derived from information published by manufacturers of goods in our catalog. The company reserves the right to change / adapt the technical and dimensional product catalog, based on what will be announced by the producers, without any prior notice. Any inaccuracies in the information techniques are not, in any way, good reason for revenge against society.


Orders are accepted only via this website. The customer sends the order will receive at the end of the procedure, a notice of confirmation order e-mail stating the order number.


All prices are exclusive of VAT.


Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by the company. In case of theft / loss, the company agrees to send a new product and, if the same were to be unavailable and / or exhausted, propose a different product, but with the same characteristics, with the option for the client not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product.

Assuming that the carrier is responsible, in any way by the customer, the company will not be liable for loss and / or damage to the product from the delivery of the goods to the carrier at its stores.
The delivery time (indicative) is 96 hours, the same could be modified for reasons of force majeure or because of traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will be on the ground floor and in office hours: from 8.30 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

The customer is required to make themselves available in those times, in order to avoid any additional charges for non-delivery by the courier, charges that otherwise will focus on the customer.

7 Risk and Property

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, the same should be reported on the same document and confirmed within seven days by fax or registered mail to SDM Ltd. to commercial reference. While the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Each alert over these terms will not be considered. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.


The goods supplied must 'be paid by bank transfer in advance, unless other conditions that must be agreed in writing with the company.

9-The right to cancel orders

The customer may request cancellation of the order and SDM Ltd. reserves the acceptance of the same. Cancellations and acceptance thereof must be made in writing. The right of cancellation is closed to the customer in the event that the goods have been specifically ordered by SDM Ltd. your supplier and they did not accept, in turn, the cancellation of the order.

10-Returns Goods and right of withdrawal

The return of goods to SDM LTD must be requested in writing, stating the reasons for the request, quoting the invoice and / or DDT and must be expressly authorized even "on line". The return of the marches will be performed prior authorization and assignment, also "on line", the "return number".
The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, in original packaging and shipped prepaid to our store, quoting the document, the number of allocated return.


Any errors or omissions of material shipments should be reported, in writing, according to the terms and conditions stated in Chapter 8.


The purchase of equipment at SDM LTD involves the acceptance of the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which may be beyond the same SDM Ltd. The customer, therefore, is aware that the goods purchased will be guaranteed by the manufacturer and subject to the conditions contained therein, and thus accepts, without reservation, all modes of supply of the manufacturer's warranty, with reference, but not limited to, of the guarantee administrator also different from SDM Ltd.

13-Processing of Personal Data

According to Law 31.12.1996 n. 675, the client acknowledges that "personal data" communicated and / or exchanged, even when informative prior will be handled pursuant to the effects and with the finalities' in art. 12, paragraph 1, letters b), c), d) and f) of Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments and additions. It stays, besides, understood that expressly the client consents to the transfer of "personal data" pursuant to and by effect of art. 28 paragraph 4 letter a) of Law no. 675/96 and, however, to their communication and disclosure pursuant to Art. 20 paragraph 1 letter a) of that Act.


For any dispute that may arise will be the competent court of S. Maria CV (CE)
